HAVACHAT conversations are just about talking to somebody, having a simple conversation about mental health at work. Starting with those mental health conversations no matter how uncomfortable and awkward they are - it is about breaking the initial silence. A simple conversation does not have to be a long conversation. It can be as simple as recognition that the person with possible mental health issues and the person with experience of anxiety and depression are ‘in the same boat’ and acknowledgement that what they are going through/been through ‘is not easy’. The conversation is not something that is complicated. HAVACHAT conversations are about getting people talking about mental health at work.
